A biohacker couple who spend six figures on their health opened up about their strict daily rules for staying young.

Kayla Barnes-Lentz shared with The Independent that she’s been focused on her longevity for years, and before she married her husband, Warren, she requested his lab reports by the second phone call they ever had.

The pair are on a mission to live ‘healthily until the age of 150’ and dedicate their days to enhancing their bodies.

The 33-year-old admitted that before she met Warren, 36, in person, she asked for information about his health and biology.

This was so she could ensure that he was a suitable partner to stay with for over the century she has planned.

Barnes-Lentz shared that there was a key difference between her and another biohacker, Bryan Johnson.

Whilst he wants to live forever, she simply wants ‘to live as long as my husband does, not forever.’

She also wants to live past 120, like the 122-year-old that was Jeanne Calment, who died in 1997.

Barnes-Lentz went on to share how the couple begins their health rules as soon as they wake up and ‘love to set the tone for our day by optimising our mind and body’.

She said: “Warren wakes up a little earlier than I do, but we both prioritise our morning workouts and getting sun as soon as it peaks up!

“Other morning activities that we do together are PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. We have a clinical-grade device in our home that we use in the mornings together.”

She then explained how their afternoons include the sun and the possibility of a ‘cold tub’ day.

They go on to use the hyperbaric chamber, to aid the lungs in collecting more oxygen, but they have to alternate as ‘it only fits one person at a time’.

Then, in the evening, they’ll have ‘an early organic dinner together.’

She said: “I cook our meals at home, and we typically eat around 5:30 pm. After dinner, we go for another walk.

“Then, we do a sauna session to start our wind-down routine. Red lights go on in our house at sunset.

“We are in bed by 9 pm every night.”

All in all, their day starts as they wake up naturally and use the pulsed electromagnetic field therapy before doing their workouts.

Then, they’ll bask in the sun for 10 to 30 minutes while on a morning walk, and then eat an organic, homemade breakfast together.

They’ll then enjoy the mid-afternoon sun and bathe in nature before taking a cold plunge and a quick dip in the hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, before using NanoVi during the day while working, to repair everyday cell damage.

The couple will then have an early dinner at 5:30 p.m., an evening walk, a dip in the sauna, before they switch on the red lights when the sun sets and then to bed by 9 p.m.

That’s a busy day.

Barnes-Lentz said she has been steadily ‘optimising my own body in preparation for motherhood for years.’

She said: “I have helped my husband optimise his biology pre-conception [too] because we know that the mother and father’s health impacts the health of the children.

“I will be doing in-depth labs during my pregnancy so we can gather never-before-seen data on women during pregnancy.”
