The close friends were spotted together several times during the Billboard Music Awards ceremony

Cara Delevingne is clearly a very big fan of rapper Megan Thee Stallion, but some fans are worried that its bordering on an obsession.

The pair met on the red carpet at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, with model Delevingne approaching her friend while she was being photographed.

At this point, the Brit proceeded to throw Megan's dress tail in the air for dramatic effect, although its unclear how much the Hip Hop superstar appreciated this.

You can see the exchange for yourself below:

The moment, captured outside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, soon started to trend on social media.

Unsurprisingly, their interaction spawned several memes from Twitter users, as well as critiques of Delevingne's enthusiasm.

Seemingly unaware that the pair are very good friends.

When the Billboard Music Awards finally got underway, Megan took home the trophy for the best female rapper, which provoked a typically hyped reaction from Delevingne.

Although the 29-year-old'’s interactions with Megan were over the top in the opinion of some fans, the pair have actually been friends for some time. The duo were seen dancing together at Cardi B’s Met Gala 2022 after party in New York City earlier this month.
