Bebe Rexha has made a heartbreaking admission about suffering a pregnancy loss after unkind comments about her weight.

The singer, who is best known for hit tracks like 'Meant To Be', 'In the Name of Love', and 'I'm Good', was one of the many famous faces to attend Monday's Met Gala — the biggest fashion night of the year.

Rexha stunned in a plunging cropped blazer and black bodice paired with a black tiered mesh skirt.

But instead of commenting on her attire, some people felt the need to comment on the 35-year-old singer's weight instead.

In-now deleted tweets, Rexha (real name Bleta Rexha) said she was 'tired' of people making remarks on her physical appearance.

"I’m so tired of people commenting on my weight," she wrote, as per PEOPLE. "I have PCOS and struggle with infertility."

Going on to share the sad news that she has suffered a pregnancy loss, Rexha went on: "I got pregnant, and it didn’t work out and I’ve been carrying that pain in silence. I never owed anyone that truth, but maybe now you’ll think twice before commenting on any anyone’s body."

Rexha also responded to Azealia Banks' tweet about her.

Sharing a snap of Rexha at Monday night's star-studded evening, Banks wrote: "Sis gives me - hormonal birth control implant or something. It’s giving implanon/nuvaring she needs removed or depo shot that needs to stop happening (I’m not even tryna play her)."

Rexha hit back at her fellow music star's unwarranted remarks: "And you might wanna jump on some type of therapy, sis, lexapro worked great for me. something that helps with the deep rooted sadness and chaos you keep projecting. Healing looks good on everyone. Try it."

Rexha has been candid about her health woes over the years and in 2023 spoke about her ongoing battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and how it can cause a person to gain weight.

Speaking to Jennifer Judson on her talk show, Rexha said: "I went to the doctor last year [2022], and a lot of women actually have this and they don't know about it, but they diagnosed [me] with PCOS, which is polycystic ovary syndrome."

She went on: "It's one of the leading causes of why women gain weight and are obese. I literally jumped, like, 30 lbs. so quickly, maybe a little bit more. But we gotta just be positive and just show people love."

As Thumper says in Bambi, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
