Michael B. Jordan has received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his superb acting career.

The actor was beaming from ear to ear as the honor was bestowed upon him two days before the release of his new film Creed III.

Jordan is the 2,751st A-lister to get a star since the completion of the Walk of Fame in 1961, which was cemented right outside Funko Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd.

The 36-year-old was joined by his longtime collaborators, director Ryan Coogler and actor Jonathan Majors, both of whom gave a speech to honor the actor.

“It's been a ride of a lifetime...watching him blossom,” Coogler said, as per the Daily Mail.

''From Newark, New Jersey, bro, to walking in front of driving cars to having your name on this street, bro, God damn!”

Majors compared Jordan to Adonis as his friend has pushed through his 'body giving out' while shooting with 'god-like integrity.'

"I'm extremely honored to call you my friend... no man on the planet deserves it more... I love you to the moon and back,” he added before walking off stage, according to the Daily Mail.

Jordan began his career as a child model for companies like Toys “R” Us before he appeared in acclaimed shows, including The Sopranos, The Wire and Friday Night Lights.

However, the actor rose to prominence thanks to his role in 2013’s Fruitvale Station, which tells the story of police shooting victim Oscar Grant, which Coogler directed.

Following the biographical film, Jordan continued to make his splash in Hollywood, starring in films such as That Awkward Moment, Creed, Black Panther and Just Mercy.

While speaking to Entertainment Tonight at his ceremony, the actor admitted he was overcome with emotion.

He said: “My emotions are actually all over the place, I’m seeing so many people that I want to kind of get to and hug and connect with and show my appreciation."

He added: "I want to give the love right back, you know? But then I’m also just taking a moment to just to be like, 'Damn. OK, wow, that happened. I’m here!'"

Jordan continued: "I didn't think it would hit me this much, but as it all started to come together and we start to see it and reality starts to set in, the importance [and] the weight of the moment... you really realize it.”
