Machine Gun Kelly says he's Peter Pan and Megan Fox is his Wendy

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox's relationship has had its fair share of eyebrow-raising moments.

First the revelation the pair drank each other's blood, then Fox's admission that she quizzed MGK on if he'd been breastfed when they first started dating, and now Kelly is saying the couple are like Peter Pan and Wendy.

That's the comparison the rapper, real name Colson Baker, made in a recent interview.

Yesterday (1 November), an episode of The Hollywood Reporter's 'Awards Chatter' podcast dropped, featuring Baker.

In the interview, he discusses his new film Taurus, a musical drama that follows a struggling musician desperately trying to find his next song.

Speaking about Maddie Hasson's character in the film, the rapper said: "She understands that he was just a broken boy who has Peter Pan syndrome — which is me."

Machine Gun Kelly went on to explain: "You don't want to grow up. You know what I mean? You're a lost boy, but you have Wendy, and Wendy doesn't want to be with the lost boy, but she's like, 'Come back home and be a grownup with me.' And you watch Peter Pan have the choice."

Then the interviewer asked: "Who’s been the Wendy for you?"

Baker responded: "Must I say?" - obviously referring to Fox.

Still, the Peter Pan thing isn't the strangest bit of news we've heard about the couple, recently.

Megan Fox apparently asked if her now-fiancé was breastfed as a baby when they first started dating.

Fox opened up about why she deemed it so important to ask MGK whether he drank milk from a bottle or breast.

While on the red carpet for the 'Bad Things' musician's Hulu documentary Life in Pink, Fox told E!News she thinks her question was a 'great' one to ask before the pair started to date.

She explained: "It has a lot to do with your psychology and your temperament.

"So I ask things like that."

And it's worked pretty well because Fox does seem to know a fair bit about her rapper beaux.

Last year, in a couple's quiz for British GQ, while MGK wasn't able to correctly guess all of Fox's tattoos or remember the tattooed quote on her back, Fox smashed the answers to the rapper's questions.

When asked about Baker's nicknames, Fox was able to list all of the main ones.

She knew the rough estimations of MGK's shoe size, as well as his favourite tattoos.

The actor also knows exactly how the musician likes his coffee.

If that's not true love, we don't know what is.
