Kourtney Kardashian reveals she still sleeps in the same bed as her 10-year-old daughter Penelope

Kourtney Kardashian has admitted she still shares the same bed as her 10-year-old daughter Penelope.

The reality star recently sat down with the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast to discuss her unconventional parenting style.

She said: "We’ve spent so much time together and spend so much time together and I just, I don’t worry about her.

"She’s slept with me every day since she was born and pretty much still does, unless she has a friend sleepover, unless she leaves me to sleep at Travis’s or Auntie Koko’s [Khloe] or Auntie Kiki’s [Kim].

"But besides that, we are so close."

The 43-year-old revealed that she and her husband live in separate houses for the time being, despite marrying earlier this year.

Kourtney says the kids love heading to Travis’ place on weekends.

"Over the weekend, Penelope and Reign slept [at Barker's house] with him without me. They did not want me there," she explained. 

"Reign did that three nights in a row and Penelope joined them on the third night. And I said, 'Oh, do you guys want me to stay too?' And she was not having it.

"They did not want me there."

I mean, have you seen the amount the couple mack on? No wonder.

The social media influencer also got candid about how her hands-on approach to parenting has sometimes affected her relationship with her sisters, as they have accused her of using her kids to get out of work obligations.

In an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim and Kourtney got into a vicious scrap that lasted all of 30 seconds after Kim slammed her sister’s work ethic.

It’s giving major ‘get your a** up and work’ vibes. 

We all have that friend in the group who claims they work the ‘hardest’. This is usually the same friend who says they also have a ‘higher pain tolerance’.

However, despite criticism, Kourtney insists that ‘kids will always be her priority’ as she finds the perfect balance between work and family.

She added that the routine of taking her children to school and cooking them dinner while putting them to bed are the parts of motherhood that ‘feed her soul’.

And look, when you have cameras following you 24/7, we don’t blame the girl for craving a little normalcy.
