Godfather III star claims 'older women' are to blame for 83-year-old Al Pacino's baby backlash

George Hamilton added that he doesn't think his former co-star will retire to focus on fatherhood.

Godfather III star George Hamilton says that its ‘older women’ are to blame for Al Pacino’s newborn baby backlash.

The 83-year-old recently sat down with the Daily Mail, discussing his former co-star welcoming a son with his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah, earlier this month.

He said that while the legendary actor may only have a ‘few years’ with his son, it’s mainly ‘older women who are offended by it’.

“I think there's a split, women of a certain age are offended by it. It's a straighter thing if it was about ego, I could understand it,” Hamilton told the outlet.

“The hard part of it is what are you giving a child at that age? It's a very hard thing. With me, an actor, when I had a child, I knew that I wanted to have time with them and that's the only gift you can give a child.

“I know that's Al's intention to do that. But when you're an actor like Al, you are so stretched out work-wise.”

He continued: “But I know he's going to do the best he can, it's just unfortunate we don't live longer. But I think women don't like it and women will say that to me.”

When asked if he believed his old pal would retire acting to focus primarily on fatherhood, he said: “No, I don't think so but I don't think that's going to make it work either. I think Al needs to be Al.”

According to TMZ, shortly after Pacino found out that he had become a father, the 83-year-old wanted to ensure the child was his.

Sources close to the actor have told the outlet the actor was ‘shocked’ as he believed he couldn’t impregnate anyone due to his 'medical issues'.

Alfallah ultimately obliged to get a DNA test, which confirmed that Pacino still had some swimmers left.

However, a source told the Daily Mail that the Dog Day Afternoon actor wasn't kept in the dark about the upcoming baby and instead was 'overjoyed to learn that he is expecting a fourth baby', even though it was 'not expected'.

The couple have been dating since April last year.

A source close to the couple told Page Six: “Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men… She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well.

“The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.

“She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.”
