Brands and celebs such as Snoop Dogg have jumped at the opportunity to work with 'Doggface'.

When collaborating on a music video with the rapper, Apodaca made his love for weed abundantly clear by spitting some heavy bars about the green stuff.

The 39-year-old was arrested for marijuana possession at his Idaho home, reports TMZ.

Weed is still illegal in Idaho and state police said the TikToker was arrested and booked on pot possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Apodaca was said to have been booked and released the same day on $600 bond.

A statement provided to UNILAD from Apodaca reads: "During the arrest, the officers failed to read me my Miranda rights.

"Initially, when officers found weed they said they were only going to write a ticket.

"They then found a gun and told me I was under arrest because I had a felony on my record and I wasn't allowed to possess a firearm.

"However, I do not have a felony on my record, which I told the officers.

"Despite me telling them this, I was taken into custody.

"I was held in jail for several hours without bond before they told me they make a huge mistake.

"Then was told I was only being held on the weed charge and could bond out."

UNILAD has reached out to Idaho State Police for comment on the claims.

Apodaca has come a long way since uploading his viral clip and has proven to be much more than just a social media star.

The TikToker revealed that, in 2019, he was sleeping in a tent along a dirt road on the Snake River in Idaho Falls.

He eventually landed a job with a seasonal Idaho wildfire fighting camp crew and bought a motorhome which he parked outside his brother's house.

After his online success, he gave the motorhome to Outdoorsy, a rental company, so fans could get the chance to spend a few nights in the iconic vehicle.

All proceeds from the rentals went to charities that support Idaho’s homeless.
