Doja Cat explains why she's decided to shave her head completely bald
Singer Doja Cat has shocked fans after shaving her head. But the reason behind the move is pretty straight forward.
Doja Cat shocked fans on her Instagram live with a bald head and then proceeded to shave her eyebrows.
Doja unveiled her shaved head yesterday while live streaming to her Instagram followers. The singer explained exactly why she decided to go for the bald look.

She told viewers: “I feel like I was never suppose to have hair anyway. I never liked having hair. I cannot tell you one time, since the beginning of my life, that I’ve ever been like, ‘This is cool'. I just do not like to have hair.”
She added she has felt “so f***ing exhausted when working out” while wearing wigs. “I would be working out, but I couldn’t focus because I was more concerned about how I looked. Or how my hair was doing, and how to keep it adhered to my scalp."
The iconic 'Say So' singer said she never wore her hair out or wore it naturally because it was a 'a f***ing nightmare'. The award winning star added: "Dude. I’m over it.”
Just a few days ago the singer tweeted: "im going to shave my head and gain a ton of muscle but as a joke."
Either way, fans have been chipping in their thoughts on the new hairdo with one person on Twitter saying: "Doja cat has no eyebrows and is bald and is still on of the most beautiful people I’ve ever seen"
What may have shocked fans the most however, was when Doja pulled out a razor to shave off her eyebrow while live streaming.
The singer held a pink heart Trixie Mattel mirror as she used a black razor to shave them off completely. Doja did this all the while blasting rap music.
Responding to people commenting and asking if she was okay, Doja described them as 'country girls'. "I'm just fine. I'm doing dandy."
While shaving her eyebrows, she uncovered a beauty mark hidden under her eyebrow and was immediately happy with the results.
Doja is far from the only celebrity to shave their heads recently with the likes Jada Pinkett Smith and Tiffany Haddish. Other stars who have previously opted for the buzzcut include Kirsten Stewart, Lupita Nyong'o, Demi Lavato, and Jessie J.
