David Arquette weighs in on Lisa Kudrow being labelled 'worst human'

David Arquette has stepped in to defend Friends star Lisa Kudrow after Spencer Pratt called her the 'worst human' he'd ever met.

The star behind Phoebe from Friends is probably the last person you'd imagine anyone could end up having major beef with, but apparently not everyone is a fan of Lisa Kudrow.

The drama all started when Pratt responded to a question on his TikTok account asking who the rudest celebrity he'd met was, with the former The Hills star firing back a quick answer slating Kudrow.

He said: "Oh that's easy. Phoebe from Friends. Hands down, one of the worst humans I've ever come in contact with. By far."

Pratt then went on to explain that he and his wife were at a party full of Hollywood A-listers and nobody was talking to them when Kudrow came over and told his wife Heidi Montag that she should get away from Pratt, claiming he had 'the eyes of a serial killer'.

Pratt said he and his wife then waited to see if Kudrow was joking but he instead said she 'just walks away', branding it 'the rudest moment I've ever encountered with a human being'.

However, it seems like there's plenty of other people who are much bigger fans of Lisa Kudrow and reckon she's pretty darn great.

Speaking on the I've Got News For You podcast, actor David Arquette defended Kudrow from the comments, saying she was the 'sweetest person in the world'.

The Scream star knows Kudrow through ex-wife Courteney Cox, who famously played Monica on Friends, and also appeared in the famous sitcom himself as a brief love interest of Phoebe's.

He said: "It's a hard one to believe, she's like the sweetest person in the world, I don't know. Hopefully both get an opportunity to be in a Stab film, how about that?"

He then joked that perhaps the two could settle their differences by appearing together in a Stab film, which is a fictional series of horror movies referenced in the Scream franchise.

During the podcast, Arquette also revealed that he 'hated' acting alongside Courtney Cox during the making of Scream 2.

The pair acted together in the original Scream movie which released in 1996 and three years later they were married, though they ended up divorcing in 2013.

He said that now they were 'very friendly' and on good terms, which is lucky considering they were on the big screen together again for the latest Scream film which released earlier this year.

During the interview, he also revealed that if he hadn't become an actor he would either have liked to become an artist or a professional clown.
