Blac Chyna has told an LA court that she was 'joking and being silly' when she pulled a gun on ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian in 2016.

The pair at the time were engaged and Chyna said they were 'laughing and joking and being silly' as they celebrated season two E! reality series of Rob & Chyna being approved by producers NBC Universal.

Chyna is now suing members of the Kardashian family in LA Superior Court for $108 million (£83m), claiming they were behind the decision to axe the reality TV show.

In court, when cross examined by Kardashian's lawyer she refuted claims that she had pointed the gun at Rob's head whilst yelling, 'I'm going to kill you', the Daily Mail reports.

The incident took place in the former couple's shared home whilst Rob was on his phone laying on the pair's bed.

Chyna saw his gun on the dresser and picked it up. In court, she said: "He said he did not have any bullets and it was not loaded."

She says she never pointed the gun at Rob, but instead pointed it upwards and didn't have her finger on the trigger.

Chyna's lawyer asked: "What did Rob do after you picked up the gun from the dresser?"

"Nothing," replied Chyna.

"Was he fearful?" her attorney asked.

Chyna responded: "Absolutely not."

Buzzfeed News reports that she added: "I'm being funny like, 'If he ever leaves me, I’ll get him'."

Chyna went on to dismiss other incidents between the pair including a reported moment where she is accused of trying to strangle Rob with a phone charging chord.

In court, Chyna said she put the chord around his neck as 'a joke' whilst he played video games. She claims she was 'just trying to get his attention'.

The court also heard how Chyna admitted to smashing a TV, a gingerbread house and also damaging a bedroom door in the home the pair shared.

The outburst was reportedly motivated when Chyna became angry at Rob for taking her phone in a fit of jealousy and locking himself in a closet to check her messages.

She said: "I could not take the abuse any more of him accusing me of doing all kinds of things. I was so angry because he wouldn’t give me my phone back."

Chyna also added that Rob's jealousy was a frequent issue between the pair: "I always had to reassure him yes, this is your baby."

Chyna has filed a defamation suit against four members of the Kardashian family, as she alleges they had the second season of her reality show with Rob cancelled.

The case against Kris Jenner and Kylie, Khloe and Kim Kardashian was filed in November 2017, when Chyna learnt the second season of her reality show would not continue.
