Chilling footage shows a woman shouting that the elite are 'eating people' before she went missing.

This is the case of Gabriela Rico Jiménez, a model from Mexico who disappeared some 15 years ago after making the strange rant.

In her tirade, she yelled in Spanish about a conspiracy involving deceased former members of Mexico's government.

She also accused 'elite' people of engaging in cannibalism and eating human flesh in the disturbing speech.

Jiménez was 21-years-old at the time, and was handcuffed by police after the tirade before being led away and never seen in public again.

The case has now re-emerged after appearing on the podcast Mexico Unexplained which took another look at the years-old disappearance.

This podcast looks at various supernatural theories in Mexico as well as things like UFO theories.

So what did Jiménez actually say?

Beginning the rant, she said: "I wanted my freedom. Monterrey freed me but it cost me a lot of work."

She continued: "I was in Mexico City for a year and four months. All this began in mid 2001. I barely remember."

The 21-year-old referred to a number of rich and important people in Mexico, including Juan Camilo Mouriño Terrazo.

He was a high-ranking politician in the National Action Party who led a crackdown against cartels in Mexico before his premature death.

Video of the incident shows police officers moving closer to Jiménez.

She continued: "They have already taken me to the police station, and there they told me that they knew nothing!"

Things then escalate, with Jiménez pointing at an officer and saying: "You! You were there! Go get the [expletive]! You killed Mouriño!"

She went on: "They told me who did they kill? The Queen of England? The Queen of Germany? Did they kill the princesses and Mickey Mouse? It was also him!

"What? Nothing is going to come here. The people where you come from are crazy! They killed a lot of people. Death to that kind of human! Go away!"

Jiménez then went on to make the accusations of cannibalism, saying that people 'ate humans'.

She said: "They ate humans! Disgusting! They ate humans! I wasn't aware of anything. Of the murders, yes, but they ate humans! Humans! They smell like human flesh!"

Eventually, Jiménez was detained by the officers, with a video caption saying that she was taken to a psychiatric facility at the Buenos Aires colony.

It went on to say that would be until she could receive 'help and can be well cared for'.
