Weatherman Accused Of Farting Live On Air In Hilarious Footage

A weatherman has become the target of online speculation and ridicule over whether he broke wind live on air.

WDRB meteorologist Marc Weinberg was reporting on the weather in Lousiville, Kentucky, when viewers got more than they bargained for as they learnt about the incoming cold from the Midwest.

The presenter may normally be a pro in forecasting the weather, but he clearly wasn't quite so accurate that day in his anticipation of such windy conditions.

Check it out:

In the video, first shared by Jordan Doenges on Twitter, Weinberg can be seen pointing to an area in the upper left corner of the map, which he tells viewers is where 'all this air is'.

However, some was perhaps left over, considering just seconds later, a strange sound can be heard accompanied by an award silence from Weinberg.

The noise captured in the recording sounds vaguely like a cough, however, alongside Weinberg's silent slip to the side, conspicuous pause in speech, and startled jolt as the noise erupts, the internet has speculated over whether the noise was, in fact, evidence of a fart.

The video has since been spread far and wide over Twitter, with users chiming in on whether or not the wind the weatherman was predicting ended up becoming a bit too much of a reality. One said: 'More weatherman excitement! Did this Louisville weatherman fart on air??'

Another wrote: 'You can expect numerous short, relatively small but unpredictable gusts of wind in the forecast.'

'Don't know what my favourite part is... that it happened, he stopped for dramatic effect, or that it actually rocked his body... HAHAHAHAHAHA,' a third commented.

Thankfully for Weinberg, this is not the first time that a weatherperson has become the subject of an awkward moment, after another weather presenter was interrupted by their needy cat while working from home.

While in May 2020, another broadcaster was similarly stopped mid-prediction by their dog.

And in another cringe-worthy moment, a weatherman accidentally told Rick Astley that he didn't like him, right to his face, and while on live television.
