A suspect has been charged after comedian Dave Chappelle was assaulted on stage.
On Tuesday, 3 May, Chappelle was performing at The Hollywood Bowl for Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival.
However, an onlooker ran onto the stage and attacked the comedian.

Los Angeles Police Department has revealed that a suspect has since been been charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
The suspect has been identified by police as 23-year-old Isaiah Lee.
Lee was armed with a replica gun that had an ejectable knife blade inside, police told NBC.

According to reporter Brianna Sacks, after attacking Chappelle, Lee was apprehended by security who 'rushed and started punching and kicking the s**t out of [him]'.
The attacker was later captured on camera being stretchered into an ambulance, reportedly having sustained a dislocated arm.
