Horrifying porn deepfakes of Scarlett Johansson and Emma Watson dominate 'predatory' website

The disturbing videos were found on a deepfake porn site

Scarlett Johansson and Emma Watson deepfakes have been dominating a horrifying porn website branding them as its 'top models'.

The site features digitally-altered videos of various Hollywood actors engaging in NSFW acts without their consent and permission.

A staggering 96 percent of deepfake content was deemed to be sexually explicit and made without the consent of the person depicted, an NBC report found.

However, the usage of the word 'porn website' was squashed by an Australian lawyer and legal advocate.

Noelle Martin, an Australian activist and law reform campaigner told NBC News that the site is 'not a porn site', instead calling it 'predatory.

"It doesn’t rely on the consent of the people on the actual website," Martin said.

"The fact that it’s even allowed to operate and is known is a complete indictment of every regulator in the space, of all law enforcement, of the entire system, that this is even allowed to exist."

The shocking news comes after a viral face-swap ad of Emma Watson stirred up controversy.

The ad showed the Harry Potter star smiling on her knees and about to engage in a sexual act.

Lauren Barton, a journalism student, brought attention to the post on Twitter and said: "I got this ad yesterday and wow what the hell.

"This could be used with high schoolers in public schools who are bullied.

"It could ruin somebody’s life. They could get in trouble at their job. And this is extremely easy to do and free. All I had to do was upload a picture of my face and I had access to 50 free templates."

Adam Levin, a cybersecurity expert and What the Hack podcast host spoke to Indy100 about the issue, explaining: "As long as every party involved is a legal adult, there aren’t very many laws on the books to prevent or punish the distribution of illicit content.

"It’s nearly impossible to remove any content published online, pornographic or otherwise.

"That said, if all the parties are known, there may be legally actionable kinds of deep fake porn content."

Perhaps one of the first on-screen examples of AI being absolutely terrifying was in the 1984 film, The Terminator.

Though Arnold Schwarzenegger's iconic character was designed to be just that, it isn't hard to imagine what a possible future could look like if robots managed to gain sentience.

In fact, director of The Terminator James Cameron believes that AI has already gone too far and it might be too late for us to stop it.

During an appearance on the SmartLess podcast, Cameron admitted he's 'pretty concerned about the potential for misuse of AI', adding: “I think A.I. can be great, but also it could literally be the end of the world.

"And do we really want to be fighting something smarter than us that isn't us on our own world? I don't think so."
