A creative pilot took to the skies over Poland and wrote out a message of 'Make Beer Not War' in a demonstration against Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Tracing a very careful flight path, the Tecnam P2008JC wrote the message in the sky over the course of almost four hours and was even able to sign off the message with a little heart.

The aircraft is owned by flight school Smart Aviation and this is not the first time one of their planes has written a message in the sky in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The pilot's path could be tracked on FlightRadar24 and according to the Daily Mail, the pilot activated an emergency beacon to raise awareness about the stunt and draw attention to the message.

Having taken off from Poznań–Ławica Airport at 4:37pm, the plane turned west to make space for spelling out the message and landed safely back at the airport at 8:33pm.

Even if they hadn't activated their emergency beacon to draw attention to themselves they would still have managed to get the message across as keen-eyed individuals watching planes on FlightRadar24 spotted the message being spelled out in the sky halfway through.

This particular message was written out over 40 miles worth of sky and was available to see for the many who enjoy watching the progress planes make online.

Last month, another aircraft owned by Smart Aviation wrote a message, this one saying 'Fck Putin' when looking at the flight path.

According to the Daily Telegraph, FlightRadar24 has become incredibly popular with millions of people who have developed the hobby of tracking planes as they make their journeys across the world.

While plane spotters have been in business for decades this app, first developed in 2006, tracks hundreds of thousands of flights every single day and is used for all sorts of interests.

A very helpful tool for picking up anti-war messages painted into the sky, it has also been adopted by plenty of football fans who use the site in an attempt to track flights potential transfers may be taking.
