Moment OnlyFans model fled from hotel bar as she was confronted days after killing boyfriend

Courtney Clenney has claimed she was acting in self defense

Footage shows the moment OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney walked out of a hotel bar after guests accused her of killing her boyfriend Christian Obumseli.

Clenney was arrested in Hawaii on Wednesday (10 August) following a four-month police probe into the death of Obumseli, who passed away on 3 April at the couple's apartment in Miami.

A video filmed just day later on 8 April appears to show Clenney sitting a bar at the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida before other customers began to film her, saying: "Let's all video tape her."

See the situation unfold below:

Clenney quickly got up to leave the bar while guests could be heard saying, "you should go" and "you killed your boyfriend."

Police were made aware of Obumseli's injuries after receiving a report of 'domestic violence incident involving a stabbing' on the night of 3 April.

Officers found Obumseli, 27, suffering from a knife wound and Clenney 'cradling' him. He was taken to a local hospital but passed away due to his injuries.

Clenney told police she did kill Obumseli, but claimed she was acting in self defense after her boyfriend had pushed her and thrown her to the floor. Clenney has now been charged with second-degree murder with a deadly weapon.

Prior to Obumseli's death, the couple were dating on-and-off for more than two years, during which time they are said to have received numerous domestic disturbance complaints.

Her arrest in Hawaii came as she was spending time at a rehab for substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder at the time of her arrest, according to her attorney, Frank Prieto.

Commenting on the matter, Preito said: "I’m completely shocked, especially since we were cooperating with the investigation and offered to voluntarily surrender her if she were charged. We look forward to clearing her name in court."

Miami-Dade State Attorney, Katherine Fernandez Rundle, announced the news of Clenney's charges on Thursday (11 August), saying: "The violent and toxic two-year relationship of these individuals did not have to end in tragedy with Christian’s murder as a victim of domestic violence. No personal relationship should ever involve domestic violence. Make no mistake about it, domestic violence is a crime, and no one should tolerate it."

Clenney is being held at the East Hawaii Detention Center but will eventually be extradited to Florida.
