Millionaire on a quest to 'become 18 again' reveals his plan to 'de-age his penis'

Millionaire Bryan Johnson has revealed just how he plans to 'de-age' his penis in his bid to biohack his body.

Bryan Johnson is taking part in a lengthy and intense experimental medical program setting him back a staggering $2 million every year in an attempt to reverse his biological age.

While for many of us, this would seemingly incorporate reducing wrinkles, lifting saggy skin and strengthening weakening bone density, there's one thing Johnson certainly isn't forgetting about in his quest for youth - his penis.

The 46-year-old has previously spoken out about measuring his nighttime erections which are apparently a 'meaningful health indicator'.

Alongside this, he added 'shock-focused shockwave therapy' into the equation too which yes - sees Johnson's penis shocked using a wand manned by a technician.

The biohacker told Steven Bartlett on his podcast The Diary of A CEO the device uses acoustic technology to shock his private area and basically achieves 'the same thing as workouts' where 'you're creating more micro-injuries so that it rebuilds'.

But what else is incorporated in his plan to regain his youth in his lower regions? Well, thankfully, Johnson has created a whole YouTube video on other ways he's 'de-aging' his penis too.

In a post uploaded to his channel earlier this year in February, Johnson took followers along for a visit to the doctor to check in on the health of his penis.

And the check-up didn't just include measuring the amount of night-time erections Johnson was experiencing, but aspects such as his 'semen quality,' as well as 'blood flow,' his 'urination speed' and several questionnaires on 'sexual health function' alongside his prostate and bladder measured too - with Johnson adding a week later he'd be undergoing a test on his penis' 'sensitivity' levels.

And the results?

Well, he is 'in the top percentile for everything' - with the doctor confirming that his total sperm count was '141 million' when they consider '39 million and above' to be 'normal,' his concentration of sperm 'three times the cut off for normal' and mobility of his sperm 'well above' normal too, resolving his results would be 'perfectly normal' if he were an 18-year-old patient.

But how did Johnson achieved all this?

Well, for his prostate and bladder, he explains he takes Tadalafil - a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction - which Johnson says 'basically offsets that bladder enlargement' which happens naturally as you get older.

Alongside shock therapy, Johnson also prioritises 'sleep' to support his sexual health.

"I know when I don't get good sleep, my nighttime erections are just wiped out and so is my excitement for life, so sleep is really important," he says.

Johnson also stresses the important of 'a good diet' and 'exercise matters a lot' too.

If you 'have problems,' Johnson also reflects on the use of 'focused shock wave' therapy to help with erectile dysfunction and medications - although it's best to consult a medical professional on this, which Johnson admits he is not.
