Elon Musk has brought out a Tesla for kids and, honestly, we’re jealous.

Gone are the days of roaming around your garden in a plastic Barbie Jeep, now eight-year-olds can do circuits in style.

Tesla has released a ‘Cyberquad’ for kids and, understandably, people are losing it.

CNN posted a video to Twitter of ‘the new electric four-wheeled ATV for kids from Tesla’.

The caption read:

The Tesla ‘Cyberquad’ ATV still isn’t on sale, but a kid version is. Those who were quick enough to order one of the $1,900 electric ride-on toys might get it in time for Christmas. But maybe not.

According to the video, which shows two kids driving down a dirt road on the Cyberquad, the Tesla can go up to 10mph. It also includes a removable battery that ‘takes about 5 hours to charge’.

The vehicle design is said to borrow ‘some styling cues from the Tesla Cybertruck’. You know, the one that Musk described at a 2019 conference as a ‘really futuristic-like cyberpunk, Blade Runner pickup truck’.

At the now infamous tech conference, Musk said the Cybertruck is the type of ‘truck that won’t scratch, doesn’t dent’. It then proceeded to be dented, along with Musk’s net worth.

Somehow, we’re not sure a kids version was the right call. Still, if you want to buy one for your kids (or yourself) they’re a reasonable $1,900.
