Elon Musk Challenges Vladimir Putin To A Fight With The Winner Taking Ukraine

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has challenged Russian president Vladimir Putin to a fight for Ukraine.

The world's current richest man and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has challenged Russian president Vladimir Putin to a fight for Ukraine.

You may have thought Musk would be too busy splitting up 'again' with Grimes while also welcoming his second child with the Canadian musician, however the SpaceX founder has still found time to challenge Putin on Twitter.

As Russia's invasion of Ukraine enters its 19th day, Musk has taken to the social media platform to summon Putin 'to single combat' setting the 'stakes' as Ukraine.

Using the Russian alphabet to write Putin's name, Musk wrote: 'I hereby challenge Владимир Путин to single combat. Stakes are Україна [Ukraine]'.

In a later tweet, Musk tagged the Twitter account of the President of Russia.

He questioned: 'Do you agree to this fight?'

Since Putin sent troops across the border on February 24, Musk has made his views on the war very public, having earlier taken to Twitter to mock the boss of Russia's space agency.

The Tesla CEO also sent shipments of a satellite-based internet system to Ukraine to help make the internet service more reliable in certain areas which have been badly affected by bombing and fighting.

In response to Musk's support, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy video called the billionaire thanking him for his help and inviting him to Ukraine once the war is over.

On Twitter he wrote: 'Talked to @elonmusk. I’m grateful to him for supporting Ukraine with words and deeds. Next week we will receive another batch of Starlink systems for destroyed cities. Discussed possible space projects. But I’ll talk about this after the war.'

Earlier today, Musk posted a series of cryptic tweets. In the first he wrote: 'There is a beauty to the biological substrate', while the second read: 'By the pricking of my thumbs...'

The latter relates to a line from Shakespeare's Macbeth, The Independent reports.

The following line from the tragedy reads: 'Something wicked this way comes'.
