Drew Barrymore has left her fans seriously disturbed after sharing a video of herself eating a pizza in a very strange way.

Check out her meal 'hack' for yourself:

Everyone has certain ways to enjoy their pizza. Some eat the crust, some don't, and some have special 'techniques' to get the perfect sized slices every time.

However, Barrymore might have started a new pizza 'hot take' with her most recent TikTok.

In the video, the actor can be seen scraping off her pizza topping and mixing it with a salad.

Her reason? Because she didn’t want to eat bread.

Naturally, this 'crime' against the ultimate comfort food has sparked huge debate on the social media platform, with many people disturbed by her unconventional method.

One user wrote: “Drew nooooooo,” while another said: “How dare you do this to a pizza.”

Someone else planned to take it to the highest form of law, proclaiming: “Drew I’m filing a lawsuit on behalf of pizza.”

“Drew! No! Just eat the pizza,” said another user.

Others agreed that she should have just ate the pizza, with one person saying: “Life is too short love! Just eat the pizza!”

However, other users liked her thinking, with one person saying: "Great idea Drew!"

Some even professed to doing the same thing, with one fellow pizza-scrapper said: “I do the same.. they have crustless pizza now.. I love it.”

Another said: “I do this all the time.”

And a third said: "Omg I just did this the other day!!"

But the thing is, even Barrymore knows it’s a little weird.

“If you’re having a day where you’re trying to like, not eat the bread,” she says in the video.

“I’m sure people are going to be like, ‘how dare you do this to a pizza’, I get it, I feel really guilty about it myself,” she added as she begins scraping off the cheesy toppings.

“But, I just take the top of the pizza and a little salad, which has basically all the same toppings as the pizza, and then I make a pizza salad.”

Mixing it up in her bowl, the actor proclaims: “It’s actually really crunchy and delicious.

“I get the satisfaction of eating a pizza, but maybe if you’re gluten intolerant…..”

However, at the end of the clip, Barrymore seemingly can't resist the temptation and picks up a slice, sighing with pure bliss as she takes a bite.

This move sparked relief among her fans.

“We didn’t know it, but we really needed to see that bite at the end,” said one.

Another said: “I love that you didn’t abandon the poor little pizza crust.”

While another wrote: “It was so satisfying watching you finally eat the pizza.”
