Kim Kardashian's strict rules for flying on her $150 million private jet

Kim Kardashian has revealed the strict rules she imposes for passengers flying on her $150 million private jet

If you ever have the chance to fly with Kim Kardashian, you'll have to be aware of some very strict ground rules.

Even members of her family don't get away lightly when taking a seat on her $150 million private jet.

Kim made her rules clear while chatting to her sister before travelling to Milan for a Prada fashion show in Thursday's (29 September) episode of Hulu's The Kardashians.

The conversation came up when Kim's sister Kendall Jenner mentioned she was going to get a spray tan before the flight, and her reaction was priceless.

"A spray tan before my flight?" Kardashian asked.

"No, it’s a three-hour one so I sit in it for three hours and then shower it off,” Jenner explained.

But the KKW Beauty founder wasn't having any of it as she explained the cream interior on her jet, named Kim Air, was too nice to risk staining.

"Have you seen the cashmere seats?

"You cannot get your spray tan on my cashmere seats."

Kim continued: "Let me know if you like any snacks because I have, like, waffles and I have a freezer so, like, I live it up on there."

However, the reality star dismisses her sister's decision to request pasta for the in-flight meal, saying: "We’re going to be in f–king Italy. We’re not going to eat pasta before we go."

Kim purchased the pricey jet in 2021, but it reportedly took a year for it to be designed to her liking.

And this is not the first time she has set out the rules for flying in her private jet.

In a June episode of The Kardashians, Kim shared how no shoes are allowed on the plane, and instead, passengers must wear slippers from her Skims brand.

She also joked: 'Don’t breathe. Don’t touch a thing'.

TMZ reported this year that the cream-coloured interior, cashmere finishes and leather seats were incorporated into the jet to match the same style as her home.

When taking the cameras on an 'MTV Cribs for planes' in season one of The Kardashians, she said:  "I never dreamed I would own a plane.

"I wanted it to feel like an extension of me and an extension of my home."

The jet is the same model owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and Kardashian had designed the interior along with Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez.

After all the improvements, TMZ also reported that the full price for the jet had set Kim back around $150 million.
