North West brutally rips into mom Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala dresses

Kids can be brutally honest, and Kim Kardashian knows this all too well.
The Skims founder's 10-year-old daughter North West certainly didn't hold back when she gave her some feedback on her Met Gala dresses.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the young North attended a fitting with her mother in preparation for the 2023 Met Gala, that was held May 1 this year.

Reflecting on the criticism, Kim said: “All North wants to do is rate people's outfits. She loves to critique.”
Speaking on Kim’s 2023 outfit, North laced on the criticism against the pearl dress during a fitting with Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry.
“There's way too much gaps in the pearls,” North said
“It looks like she's a Hawaiian girl with her dress all ripped."
But Kim seemingly wasn’t having it and hit back at the cheeky child.
"No, no, I think you're wrong here,” she said.
"These are very expensive, real pearls. I think you need a lesson on pearls.
"We're not going for flapper girl—we're going for vintage, authentic pearly girly."
North West didn’t stop at 2023 however and went on to criticize her mother’s previous outfits.
Speaking of Kim’s 2021 outfit, North said: “Looks like you're getting covered by a plastic bag and you're suffocating and can't see."
That year’s outfit did prove controversial to some as it covered Kim's entire face and body.
Kim has since opened up about her feelings towards the outfit and last year spoke to Vogue about the hesitations she had at the time.
“I fought against it. I was like, I don't know how I could wear the mask. Why would I want to cover my face?” she said.
“But Demna [Gvasalia, creative director at Balenciaga] and the team were like, 'This is a costume gala. This is not a Vanity Fair party where everyone looks beautiful.
"'There's a theme and you have to wear the mask. That is the look.'"
But if you thought North was done there either, you would be mistaken.
During the episode, she criticized the outfit her mother wore while she was pregnant with her in 2013.
Kim wore a turtleneck floral gown, designed by Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci. North went on to say she simply didn’t like it.
Well Kim definitely has a family member unafraid to tell her unfiltered opinions, which can only be a good thing.
