Kanye West's rumoured new girlfriend Chaney Jones has responded to claims she looks like his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Jones and West appeared to go Instagram official earlier this month, when the social media star shared a photo of herself and the rapper on the platform along with a heart emoji. Other images posted last week showed her walking ahead of a man wearing a full face covering, as West has been known to do recently, alongside the caption 'Date Night'.
Their relationship began after West and Kardashian filed for divorce last year, with Kardashian being declared legally single earlier this month.
As images of West and Jones together started to emerge, a number of social media users began to point out similarities between his past and present apparent love interests. One person said Jones was 'literally trying to copy everything of Kim K', while another claimed she 'looks exactly like Kim'.
Alongside images of Jones, a third wrote: 'Kanye West’s new girlfriend Chaney Jones looks just like Kim Kardashian.'
Jones was asked about the similarities in an interview with TMZ this week, replying 'no not really' when asked if she could see the similarity between herself and Kardashian. The social media star also said it was something she didn't 'really want to speak on', and said she and West 'don't really speak about' Kardashian when they're together.

As for her thoughts on West's social media posts about Kardashian, Jones advised the interviewer to 'talk to [West] about' it, adding: 'I don't want to speak on that.'
Prior to being seen out with Jones, West sparked up a whirlwind relationship with actress and model Julia Fox. The pair met on New Year's Eve and were later seen together at Paris Fashion Week and on dates in New York restaurants before splitting up in February.
Fox spoke about West's behaviour following his split from Kardashian in an interview with TMZ this week, in which she described him as 'harmless', claiming his actions were inspired by his 'artistic creative expression'.
'I know it’s aggressive, but I think if it really came down to it, I don’t think Kanye would hurt a fly,' she said.
West was banned from Instagram for 24 hours recently for calling Daily Show host Trevor Noah a racial slur, and has also released a video in which he appeared to bury alive Pete Davidson, Kardashian's new boyfriend.
