Flo Rida's six-year-old son who fell from a five-story New Jersey apartment still remains in ICU.
Zohar Dillard is in intensive care after dropping onto the hard concrete floor earlier this month (March 4), according to a lawsuit filed by his mother, Alexis Adams.
The young boy has suffered fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
“As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces,” Adams said in a statement given to News12 New Jersey.

“I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures.”
Zohar 'has been and in the future will be caused great pain and suffering, to his great loss and damage and will in the future suffer great physical and mental pain and suffering', the suit claims.
The mother has also accused the 'Low' rapper of refusing to meet his son back in 2018.

She claims the rapper called his son an 'evil f**king child'.
Zohar suffers from hydrocephalus, a neurological condition which causes an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within cavities in the brain.
“Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test [in December 2016] but kept his shades on and his back turned,” she claimed to the Daily Mail in May 2018.
“They were in the same room. He didn’t try to hug Zohar, nothing. It was very cold.”

Earlier this year, Flo Rida went viral after enjoying a sip of Celsius energy drink for winning $82 million in damages from the company over an endorsement deal.
The result came almost two years after the rapper, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, filed the lawsuit in 2021 claiming that Celsius owed him millions of dollars.

He held a deal with the energy drinks company to 'globally market and promote all aspects of the Celsius brand' between 2014 and 2018, and claimed he was promised company stock as part of the agreement.
On 18 January, the jury found Celsius guilty of breaching a 2014 contract, from which Flo Rida should have gained 250,000 company shares, a 2016 contract worth 500,000 shares, and royalties on sparkling orange drinks dating back to 2018.
The jury ultimately awarded Flo Rida a total of $82.6 million (£66.4m) in damages, kicking off his celebrations, which saw him hold up a can of the energy drink and take a refreshing sip.
