Bam Margera’s estranged wife Nicole Boyd hits back at claim she’s keeping him from son
Bam has asked for her divorce request to be dismissed.
Bam Margera's estranged partner Nicole (Nikki) Boyd has responded to his claims that she doesn't let him see their son.
The former Jackass star has reportedly requested for the hearing, currently set for early July, to be moved forward so everything can be sorted out sooner rather than later.
According to court documents, Bam is asking for an earlier court date because Nikki Boyd is allegedly preventing him from spending time with their five-year-old child Phoenix.

The stuntman and pro skater claimed he needed the dates pushed forward because he couldn't go another month and a half without seeing his son.
Nikki has since responded to Bam's claims, hitting back at the father of her child.
In her own court documents, Nikki argued that there was no point in moving the hearing forward, since she has been following the current custody orders.
Those orders mean that Bam is able to spend time with their child as long as he is in the state of California and sober.
Nikki's attorney told TMZ in a separate statement: "Mr. Margera continues to claim to be the ‘injured’ party because he isn’t seeing Phoenix - even though he placed himself 3,000 miles away after exposing the child to abuse and drug/alcohol abuse."
UNILAD has reached out to Nikki's attorney and Bam Margera for a comment.
Bam claimed last month that he had sworn off drinking 'for the sake of Phoenix', adding that he had 'been through official [turmoil] with [his] family.'
Earlier this month, he reportedly filed for his divorce case to be dismissed entirely according to documents seen by People.
Bam had claimed that there was there was no point in going ahead with Nikki's request for a legal separation, since they had 'never been married, legally or otherwise'.
Although it is unclear whether or not the couple have legal wedding documentation in the US or otherwise, Nikki and Bam did have a wedding ceremony in Reykjavik, Iceland in 2013, as seen in a now-deleted video on Bam's YouTube channel.
Additionally, Nikki goes by 'Nicole Boyd Margera' on her Instagram account, and her bio reads: "Proud wife @bam_margera and momma bear."
Nikki filed for legal separation from Bam back in February, citing irreconcilable differences.
In her filing, she had also requested custody of Phoenix, as well as spousal support.
