In an excerpt about creating a family with Will Smith, she explained how she knew she was pregnant within seconds of sleeping with her then-boyfriend.
They were holidaying in Cabo San Lucas back in 1997 and just after they made the beast with two backs, Jada says she felt something in her body.
She declared to Will that she was pregnant and in her memoir she described feeling like a bank vault.

“There’s a lock that looks like a big round steering wheel," she recalled.
"When you turn it, it locks with a CLICK. That’s what it felt like in my womb.”
Will was taken aback by the declaration and told her to jump up and down or stand on her head.
He was apparently so amused by Jada thinking she was pregnant before 'the little ones have even stopped swimming' that he called a friend to laugh.

However, it was no laughing matter for her.
She says she cried 'all night long'.
Lo and behold, she was actually right.

"We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
Jada added that her children, Jaden and Willow, as well as Trey, who Will shares with ex-wife Sheree Zampino, have been supportive.
“My children, they’re little gurus. They’ve taught me a deep sense of self-acceptance," she said.
“They love every part of me.The level of love, unconditional love that they have for me and their dad.
"And it's one thing to want to be the person that gives that unconditional love. And then there's to be the recipient of that.”
While they may have been separated for a while, Jada has said she'll 'never divorce' Will.
